Registration Process

For Full Paper:
If you receive the notification of acceptance letter, it means your paper is accepted for publication and presentation at the conference. Please read the acceptance letter carefully and register according to the steps.

For Abstract:
If you receive the notification of acceptance letter for presentation only, it means your abstract is accepted for presentation at the conference. Please read the acceptance letter carefully and register according to the following steps.

For Listeners:
If you would like to attend the conference as a listener, please register and finish the payment of the registration fee through the Online System. An account is needed for online registration.  (Or you can contact conference mail box icecb@cbees.org directly).

Notice

1. One regular registration is within EIGHT Pages including all figures, tables, and references. 
2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceeding. 
3. For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, please pay Euros or Chinese Yuan. 
4. If you would like to register the conference and publish your paper as the reviewer, please contact us by email icecb@cbees.org (Only Ph.D holders can apply). 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. You are so welcomed to join the conference, but if you cannot attend due to some reasons, please inform this to icecb@cbees.org. 
2. Due to force majeure, the organizer has the right to change the conference time and venue. We will not bear the cost such as airplane ticket, hotel accommodation, etc..
3. All refund applications need to follow the regulations below.
